CPESC/CPSWQ Professional Development Re-certification Worksheet
A worksheet has been developed to allow you to report PDUs. This worksheet is available in two formats: PDF and HTML. The PDF format allows you to fill-out/print the form on-line and mail/fax the form to the CPESC, Inc. administrative office. The HTML version allows you to fill-out an HTML form on-line and electronically submit your PDUs.
