If paying the application fee by credit card, you can send your completed application by email to: If you send your application electronically, you should receive a receipt for the application fee within one week (7 days). If you don't get the receipt, please follow-up with us to make sure we actually received your application. If you send an application electronically, do NOT send a hard copy; your credit card will be double-billed.
